Do you clean apartments?

Do you clean apartments? FAQ question image

Currently we are just using Truck-mounted Equipment. More often than not, portable cleaning units would be needed for an apartment. Sometimes we can steam clean an apartment if the unit is on the ground floor and accessible by a truckmount. We would also need easy access to the unit and permission to park near the entrance.

Our vehicles and equipment could not block any public rights of way.

How long do carpets take to dry?

How long does it take carpet to dry?

We estimate the average drying time to be between 8 and 10 hours, but it does depend on how soiled the carpets are and whether we have to pre-treat them. That said, weather is not a significant factor . We come out in all seasons.
In the winter, the heating helps with the drying. And… you can walk on the carpets right away as long as you have clean footwear on.

How to Pay? When to Pay?

How do I make a payment?

All Cleaning Jobs are C.O D. – Cash On Delivery or to be more precise Payment on Delivery. This enables us to keep your cleaning cost down. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash ($CAD). Sorry we do not accept Cheques. Please also be advised that we do not carry a cash float with us so if you wish to pay by cash you would need to have the correct amount in change.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else then there are two options available to you:

  1. The Contact Person on site must pay and you can arrange to reimburse them. Or…
  2. You can provide us with Credit Card Information ahead of the job.

Unfortunately if the above conditions are not met then no work will be carried out.
