1. Carpet Cleaning – Up to 2 Rooms and a Hall. (Maximum Area is 250 Square Feet.)
2. Furnace and Air Duct Cleaning – A Standard Clean of One Complete Residential Furnace and Up to 5 Vents. Extra Vents are $10.00 each (all vents need to be cleaned).

Heavily Contaminated Systems, Soiling, Stains or Pet Issues/Urine Issues incur extra charges and are NOT included in this Deal.

For $270 plus a $25.00 Waste Disposal Fee (WDF) and GST.  You get:

Dust Screen Cleaning is $5.00 per Screen.

Window Track Cleaning ranges from $5.00 to $8.00 and is dependent on the level of cleaning required.

*Our Gutter Cleaning Package is $4.00 per Foot Length plus GST. However, the Minimum Charge is $150 plus a Waste Disposal Fee (WDF) plus GST.

*Our Pressure Washing Package starts at $150 plus GST for up to 800 Square Foot.

Extra Square Footage is $0.45 cents per Sq. Ft.

*Our Residential Sanitization Package starts at $200.00 plus WDF plus GST. This will cover 2000 Square Foot Home.

Extra Square Footage is $0.10 cents per Sq. Ft plus GST.

*Our Commercial Sanitization Package starts at $200.00 plus WDF plus GST. This will cover 1667 Square Foot Commercial Space.
