There is a Waste Disposal Fee of $20.00 on our Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning Service and our Furnace and Duct Cleaning Service. There will be extra charges for Carpet/Upholstery that has Soiling, Stains or Pet Issues/Urine Issues. Heavily Contaminated Duct Systems will also incur extra charges. We move some furniture. We do not clean some Upholstery made of Microfiber, as it doesn’t always respond well to Steam Cleaning.
