Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning is a local service-area business in Airdrie.
We cover all the local communities, new and old. It is simply one of our most favourite places to operate.
Airdrie is where it all began.
When we first started the business in April 2016, it was Airdrie customers that helped get us on the map. At that time, we were working out of our home in Panorama Hills, which was about 20 km away. Airdrie was a focal point for us, and one day we did some carpet cleaning for a mom that was in the (now disbanded) Airdrie Moms Facebook group. That Facebook group had become a news phenomenon with hundreds of members.
As AirdrieToday put it in 2014, the Airdrie Moms Facebook group was Airdrie’s Newsmaker of the Year. Anyhow, our customer spread the word to other moms in the group, and before we knew it, we were inundated with carpet cleaning requests. We will never forget what those Airdrie Moms did for us in the early years of our business. Sadly, that group is no more, but others have sprung up to take their place. Here are a couple, although they have understandably strict rules and criteria to join to avoid spam.

Our Carpet Cleaning Service includes Upholstery Cleaning and Area Rug Cleaning. We also do Tile and Grout Cleaning and Hardwood Floor Cleaning. We specialize in pet issues such as odour and stain removal.

In addition to Furnace Cleaning, we offer Dryer Vent Cleaning, Gas Fireplace Cleaning and Furnace Filter Replacement. We also provide a sanitizing service for the Ductwork.
Note – We only offer Residential Furnace and Duct Cleaning, not commercial.
We provide standalone Sanitizing and Disinfecting Services for the Home or Office using an Electrostatic Sprayer and Health Canada-approved disinfectants. Our products are safe for adults, children and pets and are odour free unless a scent is specifically requested.
Our Window Cleaning Portfolio includes Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Screen Cleaning and Window Track Cleaning.
We provide Residential Window Washing as well as servicing Commercial Buildings up to three stories high.

The Carpet Cleaning Method we use is officially called Hot Water Extraction. However, generically, it is often referred to as steam cleaning, and in our opinion, it is the best option for carpets. Steam cleaning can be used on upholstery too.

We can arrange specialty stain and odour treatments, including sanitization of the carpet with government-approved disinfectants.
HVAC Cleaning (Cleaning of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is a process also referred to as Furnace Cleaning or Duct Cleaning. Essentially it is the cleaning of the full heating system (and cooling system where installed).
We use high-powered truckmount equipment and the process recommended by QUADCA. Our technicians are trained to the highest standards

We are a Certified IICRC Firm (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certificate). IICRC is the acknowledged industry-specific qualification for Carpet Cleaners.
Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning is a QUADCA Member and has passed their Certification. QUADCA stands for Qualified Air Duct Cleaners Affiliation.
Customers are encouraged to pick an International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) Member Company for their Window Cleaning and associated services.
Dang Good is invested in Indoor Air Quality and is an active member of IAQA (The Indoor Air Quality Association). Air Duct Cleaning is one way that may improve air quality.

Airdrie is a family-friendly city with a small-town feel, yet it has plenty of great amenities. It has a young population, with over 70% of its inhabitants under age 50. Founded in 1889, its Heritage began with a railway and a station.
One feature that sets the city apart is its elevation. It is the highest city in Canada.
Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning believes it is important to be involved in the community it serves. One way to do that is by joining the local Chamber of Commerce. This is especially true of Airdrie, which is at the heart of the community. They arrange several local annual events, and one of the best is the Trade and Lifestyle Show each April.
In addition to being licensed and insured to serve, we are, of course, members of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce and involved in several events that are arranged by the chamber. The Chamber was established in 1973 and will celebrate 50 years in 2023. Happy Golden Jubilee AC!
We believe in giving back to the community through sponsorship (funds permitting, of course). So in 2022 we focused on three major events to sponsor.
We intend to participate in the above-mentioned events again in 2023, as well as contribute to some other smaller local charities.
